1. Obligations of Investors/Lenders

1.1 Payment of Fees

Investors/Lenders agree to pay Biochar World:

• 2.5% of the total funding amount advanced to Project Developers via introductions facilitated by the Platform.

1.2 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made within 30 days of advancing funds.
• All payments will be processed through methods specified by the Platform.

1.3 Transparency

Investors/Lenders must disclose the full value of funds advanced through introductions facilitated by the Platform.

1.4 Compliance

Investors/Lenders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their funding activities.

2. General Provisions

2.1 Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

2.3 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Confidentiality

Investors/Lenders agree to keep confidential any non-public information obtained through the Platform, including but not limited to funding amounts and contact details.

4. Indemnity

Investors/Lenders agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biochar World from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms or violations of applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Biochar World is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
